You gotta get get good at fixing sprinklers etc. It is just going to happen.

That covers the big things but what I'm worried about are underground sprinklers, propane gas lines, dog fence, etc. that are private and wouldn't be marked by utility companies. What do you guys do to accurately locate these other things underground before you trench the yard and cut something important? I know we can ask the homeowner but they won't know or they'll forget and we'll have an unhappy customer who is mad at us.
