Alignment tone was broken in 13.3. This is in the release notes. Recommend you move to R13.4.
I am unsure of the “manufacturing issue” you refer to. We have had a couple reports that 450d units were affected by the same manufacturing quality issue that affected some other 5 GHz 450 SMs (they share the same electrical PCB).
