I had the same attitude, but our 2011sbs took a shit and we decided it would be quicker to swap to hosted exchange than rebuild (gave us the option to build a new 2012 active directory and get rid of all the sbs nonsense) I love it, no messing with firewalls, keeping patches in place, if there is ever an issue, i just initiate a ticket and actually get to go home, so much better funner
