Are you absolutely sure it's a GIGE-APC-HV? Should be printed GIGE-APC
on the board and then they write HV on the back side of the handle.
I have gigabit running through lots of them and they work fine. But now
that I think about it, those are only AirFiber's and licensed radios. No
450 APs doing GigE + sync-over-power yet.
