n+1 wires on one 1/4" QD post is exactly what that does. Maybe I don't understand....

I would lean towards the standard of fusing between paralleled batteries though. At least with large-ish batteries that can dump enough current from a good string to another with a shorted cell and burn up your wiring, which pretty much acts as a fuse itself, but still. For short #10's, I would put a 40A fuse. I believe APC used 50 or 60A fuses with #10. That's kinda scary.
