I have to move some things around, but we should have a 3x10Gbps iperf3 / speedtest.net server up in the next couple of weeks. The speed test data will sit in RAM, and it's feeding a pair of Chelsio T520-SO-CR ASIC NICs.
Anywho, it's located in KC, with between 15-20ms latency to major markets like Chicago, Dallas, ATL (25ms), Fremont (25ms), etc. When it goes live I'll give out the IP.
