Can you drop all your sectors to 5mhz channel size? I realize this will cut into your throughput, but may give you solid connections. Also, drop your TX power on the AP as much as you can before you start dropping SM's. You should also be more conservative on your C/N table base. Maybe drop it to -72 or -73. The steps I mentioned above would drop your noise floor quite a bit. Maybe enough to help you migrate to something else?
