Many content providers that aren't on Amazon are already completely IPv6, with some dual-stacked elements. ;-)

The pain is felt purely on the ISP side. The best we can hope for is that enough ISPs deploy IPv6 (only), so that most content providers can't continue to totally ignore IPv6 in the long term. Not that IPv6 support is always sunshine and roses, as can be seen by Netflix blocking IPv6 tunnels.
