Yeah me too. I just got my new leaf. Projections for Bolts arriving in Utah
range from April to the end of the year.
I like the 30 kWh battery in the leaf. Gives me 90-100 miles where before 65
made it a bit of a pucker situation to get to SLC and back home on one charge
when it was cold outside.

They must figure if you get stuck somewhere, you are willing to pay $10K to get
moving again.

We are replacing our Leaf this weekend with another Leaf and the rebates are
insane with the Bolt coming out. We really wanted a Bolt but couldn’t wait
another year.

I find it interesting they can upgrade a battery with software...

I highly doubt people were just buying the 75 as they say. Think this will hurt
sales? They already did this to the Model X.

Or are they hoping the Model 3 will fill the gap?

Interesting note from Tesla this morning:

Customers who still want the opportunity to own a 60 kWh Model S will have
until April 16, 2017 to place their order. Any 60 kWh Model S will have the
ability to upgrade their battery to 75 kWh via an over the air update.
