Customer tech support: 0.9%
Installers:. 0.33%
Billing: 0.19% 
Sales: 0.12% 
Fallout: 0.17%  (fell out of above queues due to hold time)
ServerPlus: 0.15% (after 10pm, before 7am, or outside 9-5 on the weekend, or 
exceeded hold time)
Total 1.85%

This is last August to current.  Trend seems to be slowly down.  I’m thinking 
that’s good since we continue to add customers.
