Is this for C5s, A5s, or something else.  We haven't had any cat5 issues
with either.  My techs would kill me if I told them they needed to use Cat6
on C5 installs.  It is just a PITA to install the connectors.  Not sure if
Shireen has fixed it yet, but the spools in boxes for the cat6 also had an
issue where the sides of the spool would jam and then the cable would get
messed up and not spool out right.
