In the pic of the antenna you can see a hook sticking up towards the top. The bent handle goes over the hook. There are retaining screws as well. It might not attach at all with the handle in that shape. The beauty of the hook thing is that it's simple to put the radio in position on the antenna, but the 4 screws will definitely hold the radio without the hook & handle thing.

OK, I see. I can bend it back with a hydraulic press and weld it back on if it breaks off. I thought it mounted with the screws. Is that handle looking part necessary to the overall mounting?

Here is the bent mount.

If I can get a replacement part, I guess I'm good to swap it out?

I guess the photos didn't go through because there were three of them?

I'll try again in sequence.

Check out this antenna photo, there is a wasp caught flying in the lower right, lol

They sent me back my radio in a box with little to no padding.

Check it out: https://youtu.be/lCKJjy1jBzg

It appears my ODU now has severely damaged/bent mounting and the holes don't line up.

They are taking no responsibility for it and want me to buy a mounting part to replace the damaged one.

Is that even possible in this case?

Attached are the photos for reference.

It's been over a year going on with the password 'bug' they didn't admit to, and shipping back and forth within Ceragon. One of their non-tech guys got a hold of it and 'fixed' my password 'bug' supposedly, 'saving' me thousands of dollars they wanted to charge me to even touch the radio.

But not sure it was worth it now that the ODU is so damaged I can't mount it back on the antenna.

Can I just say, I really loath Ceragon at this point.
Their finger pointing and disregard for customers is appalling given I spent over $25k for this radio set orginally (and that was DISCOUNTED from retail $40K+)
