Saya sudah coba tanyakan ke HRD Manager sini... menurut beliau, perusahaan
yang mempekerjakan pegawai lebih dari 5 orang, harus mempunyai peraturan
perusahaan, kalau tidak ada, bisa diadukan ke depnaker J

 

Memang uang penghargaan karena mengundurkan diri kebijakan perusahaan, tapi
kalau sudah belasan tahun tidak dapat, itu namanya SUNGGUH TERLALU!!! J

Perusahaan saya juga kasihnya ngak besar kok, di range 1 ½ - 2 ½ bulan gaji
aja, tapi lumayan daripada ngak dapat J

diatur dalam peraturan perusahaan masing2.

Ini dikenal namanya dengan uang pisah dan sifatnya kebijakan perusahaan

Coba lihat buku peraturan perusahaannya dulu, kalau di perusahaan saya ada
tertulis mengenai pengaturan jumlah uangnya berdasarkan lamanya kerja dan
ini berbeda dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.

 

Kalau dalam hal pemecatan atau pemutusan hubungan kerja karena perusahaan
ganti nama atau hal lainnya, baru mengikuti peraturan perundangan yang
berlaku, ada uang pesangon + uang penghargaan + ganti rugi lainya (cuti,
medical) J
