Pernah sih, ngurusin case ini
Biasanya, besar uang penghargaan itu tergantung dari kebijakan perusahaan. 
Minimal 1 bulan gaji dan max : gapok X masa kerja
Tapi semua, tergantung dari kebijakan diperusahaan tsb.

  memang tergantung kebijakan perusahaan kalo untuk uang pisah karena 
mengundurkan diri (resign). tapi biasanya jika memang sudah belasan tahun itu 
tergantung perusahaan melihat kita dan juga dilihat dari kontribusi kita sama 
perusahaan selama itu, jika memang sangat berdedikasi biasanya ada.

    Uang penghargaan tuch nggak ada aturannya, tergantung kebijaksanaan kantor 
masing2 jeng....
    Kecuali kalau di PHK baru ada itung2an nya, kalo resign sendiri nggak ada 
aturan uu nya...
    di kantor gue juga sama jeng, tergantung kebaikan hati boss2 untuk uang

      Coba lihat buku peraturan perusahaannya dulu, kalau di perusahaan saya 
ada tertulis mengenai pengaturan jumlah uangnya berdasarkan lamanya kerja dan 
ini berbeda dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.

      Kalau dalam hal pemecatan atau pemutusan hubungan kerja karena perusahaan 
ganti nama atau hal lainnya, baru mengikuti peraturan perundangan yang berlaku, 
ada uang pesangon + uang penghargaan + ganti rugi lainya (cuti, medical) J
