Colin, the normal scientific method as I understand it is to propose a hypothesis that makes testable predictions and then test them. If the prediction is correct then it increases your confidence in other predictions made by the same theory. Do you agree?
You proposed a theory that consciousness comes from EM waves or something like that. Is that correct? If so, then how do you propose to test this theory? If not, then what is your theory? You said your chip design will cost billions. What experiments have you done? What papers have you written?
