I was going to respond to Alan (and by implication any INCEL) along the
lines Matt just did, suggesting an exercise regimen as an urgent priority.
He knows whereof he speaks.

Hind brains control reproductive priorities and are largely geared toward
the paleolithic. This applies to women just as it does to men. Exercise to
increase muscle mass increases testosterone among other benefits. The
female's hind brain responds to this.

Also, do some research on the age-sex pyramid of various locales and move
to one where the M:F ratio is reproductively in the favor of males. This
has an outsized impact on hind brains analogous to pH curves. Be wary of
your own hind brain getting out of control in an environment heavily
favoring males.

Circa late 1970s, an engineer friend of mine who was being psychologically
damaged by the large M:F ratio at the UofIL CU moved to the UofFL
Tallahassee to set up a computer music lab. Suddenly he found himself in a
reversed M:F ratio and became so choosey that he very nearly ended up with
no children. Then he moved to Silicon Valley, back into the pit of M:F
Hell and started spiralling down. That's when I advised him to do as many
engineers in a similar situation were doing: Marry an east Asian. He has
a couple of kids, now grown. He went through a lesser Ring of Hell in this
and ended up losing a $1.5M house in a divorce. The moral of the story,
just get the Hell out and stay out of high M:F environments.
