Strongly agree.

Yes, I think similar where "language" or components of language are everywhere. 
If you stare at some clouds your mind is projecting a language into it, and the 
clouds are presenting one. I forget the linguistic terminology, but if you look 
at the clouds you build up a systemic mathematical model that maps to a 
language'ish structure... with everything!

Bird noises play music, fall leaves play colors, water swirls swish language 
patterns that get symbolized into mathematical structure.

There are people that can naturally begin to speak foreign languages easily 
just by communicating with those speakers. Our brains are that powerful...
