Isn't Google and OpenAI and Facebook and Nividea king of AI innovation and
implementation and the internet? All 4 are based in USA California (which is a
remarkably weird pattern), not China, despite China having the most human
population. I have seen no better AI than Facebook's Blender, OpenAI's GPT-3,
IGPT, Jukebox, and Google's architecture that started it all (Transformer).
China seems to only manufacture everything, but design the leading technology?
