Ben, Thanks for your v. detailed & engaging replies _ & will come back to 
them. Just quick question first - know who originated the incremental vs 
radical creativity distinction? I use it, though hadn't heard of it, and 
talk of high- vs low-level creativity. I agree with those who think there is 
no difference in terms of basic cognitive operations, only in terms of their 
degree and difficulty.
