No, the correct ones are more complex that the wrong one - in some cases.

If you were to extrapolate on the "shortest" explanation definition, you
could say that occam's razor was disproved long ago when general relatively
was able to predict celestial movement with more precision than  classical
mechanics.

No: shortest explanation *that fits the data*.
