Uh, oh!? When you think about it for a minute: if the goal stated on kickstarter was "benevolent (superintelligent) AGI" then Ben could just promise whatever he wanted. Eternal life, a round trip through our solar system, Santa Claus machines, a year with a perfect copy of <insert some irrelevant celebrity's name here> or unlimited access to some Holodeck. Of course the average Joe would doubt all that but then just put something more mainstream in there and also make it sound like that only the contributor would enjoy those benefits? ;-)
