Well Samantha, you're entitled to your perspective. Others have a different viewpoint. In a Society where everything is automated and human labor is unnecessary, then everyonewill have a right to a living. Your opinion is just a matter of the current economic circumstances. That will change when society chooses otherwise. What about AGI Labor. Is anyone or any corporation entitled to OWN AGI labor, and have a slave AGI labor force? ~PM

That would be like saying that some have the right to abrogate the rights of others for their benefit and to effectively partially enslave them. I am all for getting to a world of super-abundance and for voluntary and only voluntary ensuring that others get access to this abundance. I am not for any claims that anyone owns any of the life, money, time or anything else of others just because they were born. Might be a long time, and a long struggle between here and "there". ~PM > Subject: Re: [agi] Practical Applications for AGI > From: [email protected] > Date: Tue, 18 Mar 2014 11:45:14 +0900 > To: [email protected] > > (With a bit less merry tone,) > We would need to go through radical changes in resource > distribution and the concept of fairness in our society to > make it wonderful. > But that would be a revolution AGI may bring about… > > - NA > > 2014/03/18 11:15、Piaget Modeler <[email protected]> のメール: > > > > > > Why won’t we let them do any work so that human beings > > > never ever have to work again?
