We are not already in super-abundance.  Pretending we are is why many a
nation is massively in debt and the rest have largely over-extended like
China.    But what does this have to do with AGI I wonder.

Oh.  So X needs Y which was build and financed by A & B but never mind
taking care of those two who have plenty just give Y to X.    But wait? 
Who owns Y and gets to decide what to do with it.  B does.  So how does
the need of X override the ownership rights of B exactly? 

You do not run the world and neither do I.  Even worse, top down command
and control economies make things worse.  You don't force an ecology,
which is what an economy is.

Hopefully you don't expect the rest of the world to take care of you
like Mummy and Daddy hopefully did.  Your life and wellbeing is not my
responsibility.  It is your responsibility.

Now I will shut up because all of this elementary crap that do many seem
to not understand is just plain not relevant to this group.
