We are not already in super-abundance. Pretending we are is why many a nation is massively in debt and the rest have largely over-extended like China. So X needs Y which was build and financed by A & B but never mind taking care of those two who have plenty just give Y to X. But wait? Who owns Y and gets to decide what to do with it. B does. So how does the need of X override the ownership rights of B exactly? You do not run the world and neither do I. Even worse, top down command and control economies make things worse.
