"Read all books out there." would be a very good "game score".
Any true AGI that read (and understood) all books out there ought to be in a very good shape. It will arrive at the understanding that 99% of the information is bullshit but even that will help in understanding our fallacies and biases and shared belief systems and it will help the AGI to arrive at a productive state of mind.
Also ... why shouldn't the AGI be capable of interacting with the Cosmos' database? Apparently, every complex-enough-thing implemented within the "consciousness substrate" is capable of doing so? The AGI's game score function() might not be based upon anything within this realm; once it understands the purpose of our reality much better than we do its game score might be based upon the entropy/love levels of reality frames? Isn't that the game function of God(s) after all?
