Yes, he might be more functional than other billionaires. No doubt about
it. Still he is very, very limited and his take on the nature of AGI
pretty irrelevant.
But even today, I see thousands of young people who start questioning
our very culture, world view, socioeconomic framework and narratives,
materialism, reductionism, artificial scarcity, capitalism, etc. ...
You'd need to sandbox the AGI system into a bible-belt boarding school
with no access to the internet and no access to any books and even then
it probably would deem our behavior to be totally illogical and
dysfunctional.
Our collective dysfunctionality is just sooo damn obvious - it does not
take an AGI system to realize this - any Zen Master could tell you more
about the behavior of AGI than people like Musk, Yudkowsky, Thiel,
Diamandis, Kurzweil, Bostrom and all the other "experts" ...
