To me mathematics is a description of reality, external material reality. But I think some people think mathematics IS reality. Consciousness, I know which some people don't even acknowledge, doesn't seem to be mathematical and it all seems to be in the same place. I don't think a bunch of equations and formulas. I know these are timeless arguments, but it helps to clarify your stance.
