That's a cute comparison, but pretty insulting both to infants and developmental psychology, which continues to paint an ever more detailed picture of what restless, exploratory scientists infants are. Damn noisy too, I agree. Surely a major challenge for AGI/robotics is to build an agent/robot that is only fractionally as exploratory.
