Yes, Matt is picking up on something here - Dennis, you are stating what
could be potentially an extremely important principle. My perhaps ignorant
impression - Googling - is that though this sort of thing has been
discussed, especially with respect to software - there hasn't been a good
formal statement or analysis of it. Please discurse upon this further.
