My second point that you omitted from this response doesn't need there to be universal substrate, which is what I mean. Ditto for "significant resources".
I didn't omit your second point, I covered it as part of the difference between our views.
You believe that certain tasks/options are relatively easy that I believe to be infeasible without more resources than you can possibly imagine.
I can't prove a negative but if you were more familiar with Information Theory, you might get a better handle on why your approach is ludicrously expensive.
