I could be wrong here. Jurgen's Super Omega is based on what I called
"halting2", and while it would be simple to define super-super-omega
from halting3, and so on, I have not seen it done. The reason I called
these higher levels "horribly-terribly-uncomputable" is because
Jurgen's super-omega is at least defined in terms of things
"computable in the limit". As he says, he is pushing the boundaries of
the constructivist program. Higher omegas than the one he defines
would obviously not be constructivist.

Well, I'm calling it a night. I will reply to Ben's further comments
at a later date.
