Hello.

Thanks for your help. I would just like to clarify this if we are
talking about same functionality, because it seems to me, that I
didn't specify my question quite well. I read all replies and as I
understand you were talking about team specific estimates (Preferences-
>Team) and per user estimate for day of week (Admin->Team->User).

My current understanding of user estimates in Agilo:
It seems that GUI enables setting of availability in two different
places (I. Preferences->Team (that I wasn't aware of), II. Agilo->Team-
>User) and I am not sure how they are connected:

I. Place #1: team estimates:
I (SCRUM_MASTER) can click on Preferences->Team, select team TEAM1 and
can enter two types of estimate:
a) Default weekly capacity
b) Specific day capacity
Because I set this per team, values are set for all members of the
team.
Example1:
I put 0 for monday (default weekly capacity). This means that when
resource estimates for team will be calculated, value 0 will be used
for all mondays of sprint for all members of TEAM1.
Example2:
I put 0 for specific monday e.g. 31.8.2009 (specific day capacity).
This means that when resource estimate for team will be calculated,
value 0 will be used for 31.8.2009 of sprint for all members of TEAM1.

This solves problems like:
- mark sprint planning day
- mark holidays for whole team (new year etc.)

II. Individual team member properties:
As SCRUM_MASTER, I can go to Admin->Agilo->Team and click on each
member of team. There I can set "Time Sheet (hours per day)" only for
specific day: mon, tue, wed, .., sun. What I would like to have is to
be able to set specific day capacity for INDIVIDUAL team member. Same
as in example2, but not for whole team TEAM1, only for user USER1.

This solves problems like:
- absent user: Set 0 for all days of week, if specific user will be
absent in sprint

Question1: Are values entered in (Preferences->Team) meant to be for
team as a whole and not for specific users?
Question2: Is it possible to set individual users specific day
capacity? Not in terms of day of week (each monday) which is possible
in GUI through (Agilo->Team->User), but in terms of specific day (e.g.
31.8.2009).
Question3: If I set 0 for sprint day (e.g. 24.8.2009) in User-
>Preferences->Team) and set 0,7 to all users of the team in (Agilo-
>Team->User) for all days of week, will first team override second one
(meaning yes, user will be avaliable 0,7d every monday but on specific
monday 24.8.2009, because of sprint planning user will be planned 0d
in total resource estimate)?

Thanks,
