Two more items of note about this problem:

The page got further on loading IE 8 than it did in Firefox. When I
loaded it in IE 8 I got a red error saying that "the new backlog does
not support no or multiple parents". This error was never displayed in
Firefox. In addition, I got a button that I could use to load the old
backlog. I copied the URL and the old backlog works fine in Firefox.

Removing the multi-parent capability in the new backlog and making it
the default (let alone the apparent Firefox issues) seems like a risky
move to me. At the moment I am stuck manually modifying the URLs to my
backlog links in order to keep using the backlogs.

Is there any relief in site for this issue (particularly the
multi-parent one)?

I should add that I am running Trac 0.11.4.

Subject: [Agilo for Scrum] Lost my backlogs with upgrade to Agilo 1.2.0

Hi,

I just got around to upgrading our system to the new Agilo 1.2.0 (we are
not using Pro, I just forgot what version the free one was at with that
release). After doing this, when I try to view any of my backlogs I get
a title for the backlog, but nothing else is displayed on the page.

I turned on Firebug to see what was going on and I got this message on
page load: "The resource from this URL is not text:
http://<SERVERNAME>/trac/chrome/agilo/js/backlogController.js"

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to correct this. In
the worst case I could try reverting to the old backlog again, but I
didn't see any documentation about how to do that (before 1.2.0, I just
wouldn't set the enable_new_backlog setting).

Thanks for the help,
Nathan Banek
