I edited the backlog.css file in the folder <Python Installation>\Lib
\site-packages\binary_agilo-1.2.1_PRO-py2.5.egg\agilo\scrum\backlog
\htdocs\stylesheet. I have the same file under C:\Program Files\Apache
Software Foundation\Apache2.2.14\htdocs\agilo\stylesheet. This is the
original one and not edited. But when I start Agilo I see my changes
in the backlog.

I have following folders:
 /images
 /js
 /qunit
 /stylesheet
 /test
