In most configurations, Apache is used with Name based virtual hosts --
but if you are only running Agilo on that HTTP site, you may not have
set that up. So the interesting config data would probably be around the
definition of ServerName, DocumentRoot, or the CGI/WSGI settings.

Maybe this example config could help you. It works for me:
...
<VirtualHost *:80>
    ServerName XXX
    DocumentRoot /var/www/XXX/html

    WSGIScriptAlias / /var/www/XXX/bin/trac.wsgi
    ... more WSGI stuff ...

    Alias /chrome /var/www/XXX/html/static/htdocs

    <Directory /var/www/XXX/bin/>
        Order allow,deny
        Allow from all
    </Directory>
    <Directory /var/www/XXX/html/>
        Order allow,deny
        Allow from all
    </Directory>
</VirtualHost>

Best regards
Robert
