Hm, this looks good so far. I'm a bit at a loss as to how to help you
further. The next step would be to take a look at your apache vhost
configuration to see if we can spot any errors there. Can you perhaps
post that?

To recapitulate:
* Deployed files are in the right directory
* Trac works still delivers it's internal files itself
* There is an alias configured, but it doesn't take effect.

I would guess that the problem is in the apache configuration, that it
is somehow ignoring the alias.
