Yes, but your view would seem to imply that if the message is posted after I change my mind and even after I publicly declare my change of mind, then it's still valid unless the contract happens to include a clause that permits me to withdraw from it. Unless you mean to infer that such a clause can be implicit in the CFJ 1325 "understanding" between panelists, but that would seem to be going too far with it. How, without explicit contracts, would we ever be sure that panelists were approaching the agreement with the same understanding and thereby forming an agreement at all? -root
