I too had a similar transaction with my HDFC creditcard on 3rd of September for rs. 800 on netflix. I was adviced to block my card and then after a few days asked to contact the netflix customer care. On reporting the unauthorised transaction using my credit card on their site, the transaction was reversed by netflix and I was assured that the amount will be credited back to my account in 3 to 5 business days. The amount was duly credited which is also reflected in my this month's statement.
