Quick note...

One solution to the problem of dependencies is to push this out of gump,
and into the projects themselves.

For example, if each project had in CVS in a well known location (such
as the root of the project) a dependency descriptor, then it could be
both used by gump to determine project dependencies, and jjar in a build
to do the same.

Also, it takes the burden off of gump to keep up, since a project will
do that anyway...
