I'll second what Kevin says.  The 3.0 is a no brainer, and the 4.10 is a lot
better if you're looking for heavy acceleration, otherwise for a daily
driver, I'd look for a 3.55.

Of course, you didn't say what year your GTV6 is, it may already have a 3.41
rear end.

Depends...if you do a lot of highway driving then a Verde tranny would 
be a good swap.  If you want something really fast then stick with the 
GTV6 gearing!
