Not that I've tried on our GTV6 but my idea would be to source two pieces of fuel resistant hose, one with an ID to fit the smaller and the other to fit the ID of the larger. Then hope the OD of the smaller will fit into the ID of the larger...

Is that hose quite short? If not and it were long enough, perhaps a reducing pipe so that there'd be a larger ID hose between the filler pipe and the reducer and a smaller ID hose between the reducer and gas tank. Like an exhaust reducing pipe.

Subject: [alfa] GTV-6 Gas filler pipe to tank neck connector

Just wondering if anyone has come up with a solution to the deterioration
of the rubber connector between the gas filler pipe and the gas tank neck on
the GTV-6?

The main issue is that the two pipes are significantly different is OD. The
filler pipe is approximately 2 1/4: OD, and the gas tank neck is
approximately 1 15/16" OD.
