Cats: If one mixes a gallon or two of 110 racing fuel with pump gas, what octane can one expect? Is it a straight calculation, like:
X = (2*110 + 9*91)/11, for an 11 gallon gas tank? Just found a local cart racing shop that has it for $9.50/gallon. Don't want to do it regularly, but wanted to try a little bit once in a while. In case flags go up about different cars, etc, I have a Spica GTV with big valves on one car (no catalyst), and a Twin Spark in the other car (no catalyst). The TS would normally expect a minimum of 92 octane, but our max is 91 in CA.
