Cats: A quicky question for those that get the digest in indevidual emails and can answer fairly quickly (or else I'll just wait).
Putting the bolts and nuts back onto the the rear driveshaft after lowering the triangle for a slave cylinder swap. These are the bolts and nuts that go on the yolk to donut interface. Not the donut to driveshaft interface. (1) Which way to the bolts go? Head forward and treads backwards? So bolt pointing to the back of the car. Or (2) Head rearward and threads forward? So bolt pointing toward the front of the car. I am putting them in as (1) but the nut on the back is very close to the cross member. It would seem the head of the nut would clear better. But I remember that the bolts came out pretty easily and getting them back in as (2) seems more like a struggle to slip them in place. Wish I had remembered better, but it came apart several weeks ago and I thought I'd be back on the task sooner.
