I’m off to a good start with the Zoom F8N then and thanks very much <smile>, I
hope I’ll be able to present further notes to the list as I explore.
I hope to have the machine by early January as I said in my original eMail and
there’s no doubt that even I am going to need a load of assistance with this
thing.
Unfortunately we don’t have Neal or anyone else to give us a few hints so its
the Manual, me and anything else I can pickup or note along the way.
I’m sure you will manage to make good use of the recorder even if its only a
small fraction of the total amount of facilities the recorder offers and to my
mind the Zoom F8N would be absolutely perfect for the kind of work you’re
doing, recording live music.
Now a question for you. Are the Zoom H6 capsules compatible with the fitting on
the Zoom F8N? If so then that’s a bonus and I can use those to start with.
