@cjw296: please add a very detailed description and try to find out in which
circumstances it happens. Only then we can help.
Please detail:
- which OS you are on
- every mouse click/action you do (Ex: "open file" ; there may be a difference
between "File - Open" and double click from a file manager!)
- Please note details like: "Additional formats - Language". Is it "Automatic"
or a specific language.
