Again: not reproducible, sorry! :(
Tested this time with 2.4.1 and (as from the beginning) using the attached file

you sure to have uploaded the right file?)
If you could not reproduce your problem in the Beta 3.0 this would be a reason
to close the issue as fixed. That's why I asked you to test this in a current
version.
I don't understand why I can't see this problem while you do on both versions
(???)
Please try to do what I adviced you: delete or move (while OOo is NOT running)
your user dir which should be something like "C:\Documents and
Settings\<username>\Application Data\OpenOffice.org2"
What is your system locale?
Else try to get someone to reproduce your problem on [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Maybe you'll find out what I miss in your description just in case I miss
something...
BTW: I try to reproduce the date format resetting on re-opening the document.
Nothing else.
For now, closing again.
