Hi,

Sorry, I find an other problem. If this work is done, and all the places using
author name are localized, an article written by western people will show
reversed name in our locale. For example, Jean Doe will be displayed as Doe
Jean. Feel something weird. This will affect OOo forever.

But current solution just affect the document created before OOo2.X. And we
needn't care about the localization of the mentioned places above, first name is
always at first.

And First/Last is just the sequence of the name, For Western people, First name
is Given name, and for Asian, First name is Family Name. So the current solution
is reasonable I think.

So I suggest evaluating the effort and the problem. Does it worth doing?

Thanks
