Just a Name field exists. For other software save as odf file, I think it still depend on the solution of that software. If it has different solution(like a simple solution OOo currently used), probably issue will still exist. Or can we treat this as MS does, Combine the 2 fields as one Name field? So seems this does have effects to Japanese. So it's worth doing.
