We developer our porject was some time(since 2016-3), the reason why we use
14.12 is we need use "Lighting Service Framework" for shorten development time
( https://wiki.alljoyn.org/tsc/connected_lighting ), but it just support
14.12(now support up to 15.04, can't support 16.x or up),
Our situation is a many of product use 14.12 include two embedded device,
anroid and IOS app, we have not much time left from the release
if the reason 14.12 does not support arm64 is miss Scons configure file, can
you support it?
as far as i know, Scons build system use Sconscript configure file to build
target, can you support it?
or can you support already builded lib to me?

The 14.12 does not support arm64, and you can't add arm64 easy because Xcode
project just use Scons build system
If you are not limited 14.12 by some reason I recommend you to use 16.10 or
master branch (preferable, it's future 16.10a release)
git clone https://git.allseenalliance.org/gerrit/core/alljoyn.git
cd alljoyn
git checkout v16.10-review # if you want to use 16.10
Difference between v16.10a (master branch) and v16.10
