I mentioned in the previous thread from an ethnic grocer. The seven American grocers (many names) have older cinnamon. It loses the volatile cinnamaldehyde. It may not be cinnamon at all. Legally beech nut husks with added cinnamaldehyde can be sold as cinnamon.
