The EPA requires that manufacturers label certain products for use.
But nobody tests potential purchasers for literacy or requires a psychological profile from them before purchase. Can't you hear it now "Pesticides don't kill people, people do." No wonder it doesn't work. Does anyone know how the EPA defines the term pesticide? I have a hunch that it's not the same way Dr. Bonner might define it.
